What happen if you have libra sun and aries rising, the complete opposite of zodiac

I am so frustrated with my shitty skin condition. Absolute hell, my skin is so easily irritated, extremely oily, and acne appear anywhere. I got at least 1 pimple everyday, and my skin pore is so fucking big, like it looks like so many sweat and oil is pushed in force out of my skin, I got terrible acne scars as well

This is what happen if you have aries rising, this rising probably has worst appearance, they are absolutely ugly, with garbage skin qualities. My libra sun is trying to balance my ugly skin with softer features, that's why people sees me as feminine looking but with shitty skin

anyway I am born this way, and there is nothing I can do, I just have to spent so much money only for fixing this aries rising curse. I want to look handsome,  libra sun and my aries rising are just clashing each other to bear final appearance that I have
